"I think it's the engagement with our customers, our social media and the experience we have with everyone," Hoover said. "One of the most important things I do every time is I make sure I engage with the customer. If you come in I might greet you, we might play some fun trivia games, we might dance for free ranch, but we're gonna do something. We're gonna have fun and we're gonna keep the experience real."
