Brooklyn-based artist Chitra Ganesh will be part of a guest lecture series through the Department of Art and Art History at 7 p.m. Nov. 5 in room 109 of South Kedzie Hall.
Ganesh circulates narratives that have been overlooked from history, art and literature, according to the department’s Web site.
Her art includes drawings, installations and text-based works that have been exhibited at venues such as the Brooklyn Museum, the Queens Museum of Art and Apex Art in New York.
