Because of the state budget crisis, funding for universities has decreased significantly.

Universities are increasingly relying on private donations from alumni to provide additional funding.

I did not realize the significance of alumni gifts until our public relations campaign class began working with University Development to raise awareness for the Senior Class Gift Campaign.

It is imperative that we all do our part to ensure that MSU will continue to be an institution of academic excellence.

It is time to give back to this university that has given us so much.

I hope that my gift to the senior gift campaign will allow future students to have as amazing of an experience as I have had.
