Cold War tickets sell out, buy season plan

August 30, 2001

Despite selling all individual student tickets for “The Cold War” hockey game between the MSU and Michigan, students still aren’t being frozen out from attending the game.

An additional 2,200 tickets in the student section for the Oct. 6 game in Spartan Stadium are included in both student season hockey ticket plans for the Spartans 2001-2002 season, said Chris Besanceney, MSU ticket office manager.

Both season ticket plans give students admittance to eight home games and “The Cold War” at a cost of $69. Some student ticket plans have already been sold, and the deadline to order is Sept. 7.

Students can pick-up an application in the Jenison Field House ticket office or call 355-1610 to order tickets over the phone.
