East Lansing police investigating death of 21-year-old MSU student

At about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday evening, The East Lansing Police Department was dispatched to the 200 block of Cedar Street, responding to "a call of an unresponsive person who was not  breathing," according to a statement released by police. They are described as a 21-year-old male MSU student.

CPR was administered by paramedics and the student was transported to Sparrow hospital, where he "was treated" but later pronounced dead.

The police do not suspect foul play, but are investigating.
