Student reports laptop, watch stolen

A 30-year-old male student reported his laptop and laptop bag stolen Wednesday from a locker in the Music Practice Building, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.

The student had left his belongings in the locker while he was inside the building, she said. He returned to the locker to find his laptop and bag, which contained a wristwatch, missing.

He was unable to recall whether the locker was locked, Taylor said. The incident is under investigation.

“Unable to recall whether the locker was locked” – Translation: it wasn’t locked, but he didn’t want to admit he was that stupid.

LOCK YOUR STUFF UP, PEOPLE!
