Bush is fourth Spartan honored
By Joseph Terry (Last updated: 09/16/08 7:07pm)Senior distance runner Nicole Bush was named Big Ten Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week on Tuesday.
She is the fourth MSU athlete to earn Big Ten weekly honors this week.
Bush placed first in the Spartan Invitational during the weekend, finishing with a time of 21:12, 25 seconds ahead of the next closest runner.
The Spartans run again Sept. 27 at the William & Mary Inter-Regional Invitational in Williamsburg, Va.
