Yahoo! Sports’ Adrian Wojnarowski reported Monday afternoon that Draymond Green and the Golden State Warriors have agreed to a three-year, $2.6 million deal. The Warriors drafted Green in the second round, No. 35 overall, in last month’s NBA draft.
Green, MSU’s all-time rebounding leader, averaged 6.4 points and 7.6 rebounds per game for Golden State’s summer league team.
He led the squad in rebounding and his 26 minutes per game were fourth-highest on the squad.
Wojnarowski reports the Warriors have a team option on the Saginaw, Mich., native for his third year with $250,000 of the $900,000 he’s owed guaranteed.
