An alleged sexual assault occurred at 533 Ivy Court, 1855 Place, on Oct. 1, according to the Clery Crime and Fire Log.
The assault was reported to MSU Police on Saturday, Oct. 7. The case is listed as active.
Hubbard Hall
On Oct. 7 at 11:45pm, another alleged sexual assault occurred in Hubbard Hall. It was reported on Oct. 8, according to the crime log. The case is also listed as active.
They were both reported as a criminal sexual assault third degree, which is a felony according to Michigan Legislation.
