Vice president for Student Affairs and Services Denise Maybank will be addressing ASMSU’s general assembly during its next meeting on March 24.

ASMSU president Domonique Clemons said Maybank will present on her department and how ASMSU as an organization can better connect with the administration.

There will be time set aside for an open question and answer session among the assembly, where Maybank will respond to inquiries involving her office’s responsibilities, including but not limited to sexual assault and mental health.

“We have invited our assembly to ask all the tough questions and Dr. Maybank has agreed to answer them with full transparency,” Clemons said. "She is more than happy to meet with us and have this discussion time and answer any questions, so long as ... people are respectful and they act civilly."

MSU President Lou Anna K. Simon also spoke to the assembly and answered their questions last semester.
