Case of criminal sexual conduct reported to MSU police

MSU police are reporting an alleged incident of third degree criminal sexual conduct. 

The alleged incident occurred more than a year ago in Florida, Sgt. Jon Martin said and was reported because RAs are mandatory reporters for sexual misconduct incidents. Martin said the information in the case so far is limited and it has been passed on to the crime victims unit for further investigation. 



Larceny

A student in the Main Library reported their backpack stolen on Feb. 2 at about 6:30 a.m. The student reported they had a computer hard drive, laptop and charger in their backpack when it was stolen from the second floor of the library. There were no witnesses and this case is still under investigation.

Malicious destruction of property

On Feb. 3 at approximately 12:30 a.m., a student in Case Hall reported their tires had been punctured by an unknown source. Three of the four tires were punctured and there are no suspects in the case.
