Four MSU students are expected to file a Title IX campus sexual assault civil lawsuit Wednesday, according to a press release sent by the students' lawyers.
The suit will be filed against Michigan State University, the President of MSU and the MSU Vice President of Student Affairs.
Two of the named students, Shayna Gross and Emily Kollaritsch are listed as plaintiffs. A press conference is being held later Wednesday.
