The western portion of lot 83 off of Trowbridge road is set to close tomorrow, Friday Oct. 9 at 5 p.m.
MSU parking lot closing for construction of solar array
According to a flier released by the MSU Police Department today, all cars must be removed from this portion of the lot before 12:00 p.m. on Oct. 9. During the entirety of the project all cars will have to be removed from this area. Cars that are not removed may be towed. MSU PD was unavailable for contact about a timetable for the project.
This closure is a result of the MSU Board of Trustees approval of a plan to install solar arrays on select parking lots throughout campus. Parking lots 83, 89, 91, 92 and 100 are all areas slated by the plan for project installation.
