Alumnus, "The Voice" finalist returning to MSU for concert June 26

June 2, 2015

“The Voice” finalist and MSU alumnus Joshua Davis is coming back to East Lansing for a concert on June 26 at Wharton Center’s Cobb Great Hall.
In May, Davis made it all the way to "The Voice" finale where he performed his own original song "The Workingman’s Hymn," ending an eight-season-long stint of contestants not performing originals, according to the Wharton Center statement.

At the Wharton Center, Davis will be performing solo as well as with his old band Steppin’ In It, a roots ensemble.

Concert tickets go on sale at 10:00 am on Wednesday and can be purchased on the Wharton Center website. Tickets start at $25 for seats other than the first four rows. Tickets in the first four rows are $50 and include a meet-and-greet with Davis after the show.
