Following its fourth straight win, MSU men's basketball (19-8 overall, 10-4 Big Ten) is starting to work its way off of the NCAA tournament bubble.

In Joe Lunardi's latest bracket for ESPN, the Spartans have moved up to a seven seed in the East region. Lunardi had the Spartans slotted as a nine seed since Feb. 9, but with the team's win streak, MSU has steadily improved its resume.

CBS Bracketology Expert Jerry Palm has also moved MSU up in his bracket, from a ten seed to a nine seed in the East region as well.

A new AP Top 25 poll will be released today, and MSU may very well become a ranked team once again. The Spartans received votes in last week's poll, and since then, they've defeated Michigan and Illinois.
