APASO hosts de-stressing events before finals week

December 1, 2014

Students looking to de-stress before finals week have a variety of options available to them today, as MSU's Asian Pacific American Student Organization is hosting four activities aimed at helping students de-stress.

Co-President Brenda Duong said all the events will take place in the Molecular Plant Sciences Building, and students will be led to the specific locations by APASO members. The first event starts at 6:45 p.m, when puppies from the Capital Area Humane Society will arrive and be available to play with students.

After, a yoga instructor will lead students in helping to unwind their muscles at 7:30. Once yoga is over, healthy snacks like fruits, nuts and tea will be served. Last but not least, students will have the chance to get free massages from 7:30 to 9 p.m.
