Sigma Pi Epsilon to host charity dodgeball tournament

November 21, 2014

In the spring semester of 2014, two supply chain management students began the process of establishing a Pi Sigma Epsilon chapter at MSU.

On Sunday, the co-ed business fraternity will host a dodgeball tournament as one of its first philanthropy events.

Fifty percent of the proceeds will go to the Boys & Girls Club of Lansing, which provides after school programs for children.

Pi Sigma Epsilon members are extending an invitation to play to all interested students but asking players to pay $5 and email msudodge4acause@gmail.com prior to the event so a bracket can be created.

Supply chain management sophomore and Pi Sigma Epsilon member Pat Lewis said hopefully there will be a good turn out.

“We would like to make it an annual event if it is successful,” Lewis said.

The tournament starts at 2 p.m. and will take place at on IM Sports Circle on Chestnut Road.
