September 2, 2014

MSU's third annual Spartan Hockey Clinic will take place at Munn Ice Arena on Wednesday from 6-10 p.m. The clinic is geared towards hockey fans, in addition to college athletes.

This clinic focuses on helping inexperienced players a chance to learn the game in a safe environment, along with having a good time. For those that do not have equipment, there will be some provided for clinic use.

Offensive, defensive and special-team strategies will be presented, according to msuspatans.com. After demonstrations and instruction, current MSU players and staff will assist participants on the ice.

The $100 fee gives attendees access to a question and answer session with hockey Head Coach Tom Anastos, his wife and daughters, beverages, a silent auction, T-shirt and jersey, individual and group photos, hockey stick and Official Spartan Game puck.
