The man then asked the student if he had a cell phone on him, and when he said no he was struck in the back of his head and briefly lost consciousness.

When the victim regained consciousness, he said a pair of shoes he was carrying were gone. He saw the suspect enter the passenger side of a four-door vehicle in Lot 29 and, which then drove west toward Shaw Lane.

The victim was left with minor injuries.

The incident is the most recent of several robberies that have occurred in East Neighborhood this semester. In each of the incidents, the suspect has approached the victim to ask for directions before attacking them.
